BBrrootthheerrss uses photographs from my family album. My father took the pictures, my mother chose our clothes – me and my brother, dressed alike. Looking at these images now, I see a small family collaboration: each of us played a role, probably without thinking about it. The matching outfits create a sense of closeness, but in every photo you can also see two different people starting to emerge.
